Pookie, that sounds like habit to me rather than craving. Habit comes from association and you associate the morning coffee with a smoke (like I used to) the best thing I did was to try and change the routine a little so the habit kind of changed too. Four of five days smoke free is wonderful, and you are so doing this quit so keep on going like you are its terrific.
My Milage:

My Quit Date: 5/10/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 339
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,475
Amount Saved: $5,085.00
Life Gained:
Days: 40 Hrs: 0 Mins: 24 Seconds: 6

I was just sitting here thinking, am i really having a craving or is it the habit that's bugging me?  I usually have smokes with my morning coffee.  And as i am drinking this morning's coffee I started to notice that its tasting a bit funny this morning, like something is missing.  so i reached into my desk drawer to pull out my smokes and realized, WAIT!  they arent there any more, I am 4 going on 5 days smoke free.  SOOOO, is it habit or craving?  am I craving or what?  i am so confussed!

Smoke-Free Days: 5
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 100
Amount Saved: $22.25
