You will have no probs, Marivi, I am sure.  Tapering off helped me tremendously when I quit in 2006.  When I tried to just stop, I went on a crying jag and was so emotional.....
I'm so proud of you and I am confident that your quit is solid.  Just remember NOPE whenever thoughts enter your pretty little head

Marivi, you are such a super start quitter that I don't think anything can make you start smoking again!  You have the pesky nicodemon at bay!  I wish you luck with your Chantix changes!  You're my favorite dancing queen bee!

I really got bloated big time on chatix(champix), apparently it`s normal. Happily all my dreams were awesome. It is a remarkable drug for those lucky enough to tolerate.  I thank God every day I was one of them.  That being said,,, you still have to be watchful, the nicodemon is never far away.   grrrrrrrr

Thank you for your advice. I talk to my doctor and he said that I could take it for six more weeks if I wanted, and can do the lowering the dose too. I'm not taking the full dose. I halved tha pm dose on week 5 because of the vivid dreams. They didin't disturb my sleep at all,but they were really vivid. I also lowered it because I was feeling bloated and I blamed it onChantix. Anyway, It worked fine for me. I'm taking half a pill am and half a pill pm for three more weeks amd then three weeks with half a pill am.
Lets see, anyway my doctor told me that If I wanted to keep the current dosage I could do it too. So I'll try the lower dose and If I feal unsure about my quit I will come back!
Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!
Huggggggggs
Marivi
