30 days is a wonderful milestone! Its 1/12 spin around the sun, and trust me, once you hit this milestone the days just speed by! I read somewhere that habits are formed after doing the same thing for a specific number of days. For me, the habit of becoming a non-smoker really was formed once I hit the 30 day mark. And isn't being smoke free a wonderful habit? Congratulations Molly! Now be sure to reward yourself, you've earned it! Here's to the next 30 days smoke free, and beyond!

Quiting smoking is no folly for Miss Molly! I agree with marivi, the first 30 days seperate the men from the boys ( and the women from the girls)! Congratulations! You can do this!
