How many times have I come here?? I don't know but it has been a lot. I was not going to post, but I need your help and I know I can not do this alone. I am planning another quit tomorrow but the closer I get the more the monster is trying to talk me out of it. It is once more time and I am sooooooooooooooooooo scared, yet I know there is nothing to be afraid of. I will set myself free and I know that feeling so well. I am so sick of smelling like a stale ash tray. I am sick of the cough, yes it came back quickly. I am tired of hiding my smoking and yet know "they" can smell. it. There are so many reason to quit and to stay quit. I just do not want to fail yet again. As I am writing this the feeling of yes "we" can do it is coming back. I can't kill the monster by myself, but with your help we can. I have missed all of you so much. Tomorrow it begins and I thank you so much in advance for your support.
