The advice, as usual is awesome.  Aloha, if I had followed that advice on several occasion I wouldn't be here in the start of a new quit.  This last time I was so close to posting, but my pride, selfishness or whatever it was stopped me.  Since I really do not want to repeat past insanity I will promise you that I will post and wait for 5 and I also will email you directly.  This is hard, but I am a person of my word and I promise I will post and post and post.

Today has been good.  Walked for 3 miles, doing laundry and just keeping busy.

((((HUGS TO ALL))))
Keep the Quit

The Quit is for us individually...."you"......but thankfully we don't have to do it alone.   I'm not sure I would have been strong enough to keep the addict at bay, alone.  Might have felt like I had him whipped....till he bit me.
I'm glad I was able to come here and post.
I hope you can get past feeling bad about posting.......because EVERYONE here wants to help.  You saw that.
You're family.....we're family.....and families take care of their own.
Here's your daily hugggggggg
Keep the Quit.......

Well I am about to wind down day two.  Since I have been in this spot before I knew and know what to expect.  For those who are just quitting it will get easier and you will become more sane.  Yesterday I was spacey and tired and that was okay.  Today was alright, a few tense moments but got though them.  It is changing your behaviors that catches me off guard now and then.  Tomorrow should be more of the same, but I do have busy work tomorrow to keep the cravings at bay.  It is down the road that gets tricky for me.  Need to work on my pride so I can learn to come here before I get myself into trouble.  Be careful of the "you know what to do" thinking.  Dangerous for some a killer for me.
