Congratulations! You have gone trough the worst part of the quit. You have no nicotine in your system. Now is time to
fight the mental addiction. It takes resolution and patience. But If we can do it, you can do it.
Just take one smoking tought at a time and say NOPE and the hours and the days will add up!. Stay alert and commited to
your quit. Make it the number one priority in your life , and you will be fine.

Zazz Congrats on getting through hell week it will get easier although it may not seem like it right now keep the quit and reward yourself drink lots of ice water it helped me a lot at first also sugarless gum and carrots are good  to help pass the cravings once again congrats on getting through hell week!!!!
