Problems when waking up

20 years ago 0 18 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
This was my main discomfort... every morning for about 2 years, I would wake up very tense and ready to throw up.. I would have to force myself not to... however, this didn't always work. About 1 1/2 months into taking Celexa for my GAD, this has gone away. Try sitting in a hot shower in the morning for about 5-10 minutes, longer if you have the time... it helps most of the time. It won't get rid of the nausea all together, but helps it to subside a bit.Text

Does anybody wake up every morning feeling sick? I usually have a stomach ache and feel like I need to throw up in the morning. This always goes away by nighttime though and I have no idea why. Does anyone have advice? Thanks!
