Debby, I've read here that you truly know you are a non smoker when you've gone through a whole cycle of holidays being smoke free!  Congratulations on your first smoke free holiday!  Happy Mother's Day!  I hope you enjoyed the Sunday Dinner your family prepared for you!  I like this idea, get others to make your reward for you!    I'm glad that the cravings are decreasing.  They call it Hell Week for a reason!  Next week during Heck Week things should continue to get easier!  We're all rooting for you!

Hi all,

Well am nearly at the end of Hell Week.  It has been a strange week, first few days went by quite calmly but day 4 was horrible, then things went back as before quite calmly. Today is going great, it Mothers Day and I am please to say that "It's my 1st Mothers Day as a non-smoker".

Yesterday was quite easy, my cravings were more like a niggling voice in the back of my head, than the normal slap in the face that they had always been on previous quits. Today seems to be going the same way.

Well I'll have to log of for now, my son has just told me that dinner is ready!!!  The boys and their Dad have made Sunday Dinner for me as it Mothers Day.

Hope that eveyone is having a great day, Debby
