I aim for my rewards, if I didn't have them I would just think that this is going to be impossible.

I am looking forward to meeting up with my sister-in-law for lunch tomorrow, mainly because normally I would have to pop outside to have a ciggy and leave her sitting in the cafe on her own.  But tomorrow I won't need to and we will have more time together.

It will be the first time that this has ever happened, I just can't wait to see her reaction. (She has never smoked, but is totally supporting me with this quit)

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 3/16/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 3
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 60
Amount Saved: 14.67
Life Gained:
Days: 0 Hrs: 7 Mins: 43 Seconds: 30

Totally agree.  I blew off (no pun intended) rewards during my last quit.  Not this time.
My favorite rewarding is wearing a little cologne now and celebrating how great I smell!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 2/10/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 31
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,550
Amount Saved: $348.75
Life Gained:
Days: 5 Hrs: 17 Mins: 24 Seconds: 22
