I also experienced huge headaches. If you are a coffee ,black tea or cola drinker and you suspended it, this can make your'
headaches be more acute; If youy are uswed to drink a lot of caffeine, just lower your dose, don't suspend it; you will experience also the caffeibe whitdrawl symptoms.
Rest, take hot showers, and drink lots of ice water; most of the headaches are caused by dehidration! Take a b complex vitamin and some tylenols!

Don't do it! Your withdrawals are normal and it will get easier with time I promise.
Headaches are the result of increased
blood flow to your brain. They may
occur in the first or second week of your quit and last for a few weeks. If
this symptom persists or is not relieved by typical pain relievers, please
consult your MD.
To help avoid these headaches, you may want to avoid caffeinated drinks and add
relaxion techniques to your daily routine.
Just stick with it. The only way to stop your withdrawals for good is to not smoke.
