Sorry for being a bit tardy on this one!!!!  WELCOME BACK DEB!!!!!!!

Congratulations on your 4 smoke free days.  You're nearly through the first week already.  And yeah, by reading your posts...you know the drill.  But you know what?  One hour...one crave...one day at a time.  All the small steps add up to big ones.  Rely on your coping tools, they're going to get you through the rough spots...oh yeah, and so are we!!!!!

Deep...I mean REALLY deep...breaths...lots of water...naps(it was NATIONAL NAP DAY the other day...don'tcha just love that!!!!!) and lots of good tv.  A few long walks for good measure and you're good to go!

Keep going strong Deb,

(((((hugs)))))
