gsi Congratulations on making it through heck week. One day at a time your getting stronger.  Every day is a new day. Tell yourself I won't smoke today and tomorrow tell your self the same. You can do this. breather 101 Addict 0

GSI, they say the third time is the charm!  I hope this is true for your quit!  Congratulations on surviving Heck Week!  As your avator shows, that nicodemon is always trying to draw you back.  But you have the motivation to keep the quit!  You're doing great!

WELL DONE!!.....and CONGRATS on the two hardest weeks.  You are well on your way.  Remember your triggers and find new places to spend time that won't put you in a crave.  You can do this !!

Today I finished Heck Week. I am very happy and feel great. I was at the concert yesterday and had huge craving to smoke, but I was stronger. It's my third quit and I have to say that I have never had such a motivation. I don't want to make long term plans but I feel that it's my last quit.
