Yes I read that somewhere that our bodies to try to tell us we are feeding it poison and the need for the addiction makes us look away.

And remember we will all be here for you on Sunday keep active in here so we can keep up with your progress. I have also found that checking in for new people and trying to help them actually helps me keep going.

I have always had that problem too and it greatly improved when I quit. It is kinda like DUH isn't it? Like, your body is trying really hard to tell you something and we ignore it...for a very long time? How stupid is that. Can't wait for Sunday!!

I've noticed the past couple of weeks how sick I feel in my stomach alot of days, seems like I have always had that problem but as I look back over the past 10 months I really can't recall being sick at my stomach at all through the 9 month quit I had going. It's like DUH..... the smoking has to be what has caused this or at least I'm hoping it is cause that will be a BIG incentive to get me to quit Sunday.
