10. Wait 5mins and think how great you've done, don't give in to the nicodemon.
11. Brush your teeth and think how good it feels not to smell like an ashtray.
12. Get up and do something (distraction) e.g. the dishes, phone someone.
13. Say a prayer, a long one, by the time your finished the craving will be gone.
14. Shout and scream.
15. Cry.
Do anything but just don't smoke, no matter what!!!!
