Here is a link to a site that has helped me daily maybe you will find it useful too. It is based on the teachings of Claire Weekes (Hope and Help For Your Nerves) take care Warren and you are on the right track. Edited on 3/25/2005 @ 2:09:22 PM by The Support Team

Hi Warren Self doubt, anxiety, fear, apprehension are the calling cards of anxiety and panic. Problem with finding recovery is that we have to go against all the symptoms of warning (fear-adrenalin-fear, fight or flight) that our mind is signaling to our body. We have to learn and know that these are thoughts and feelings that WE generate and we cause our own anxiety and fear. Very hard to learn this and to pratice it everyday but it does work. It takes alot of time and patience.

Hey everyone For me my biggest challenge and obstacle with my anxiety is my doubt. I doubt myself all the time and about everything. I swear if I never doubted myself again and just trusted my instinct and feeling I would never have anymore anxiety. Please if anyone else has the same kind of problem message me. Take care all of you.
