Hi Bryan Glad you're stopping in. It's nice to leave the house and not have to check and make sure the house isn't going to burn down. You know you haven't left a cigarette burning because you're not smoking. When you finally stop as well as having water on hand it might be a good idea to have small treats on hand like mints , candys , etc. Be prepared beforehand.
