Hey Bryan That's the reason they call it Hell week. I'd like to be able to snap my fingers and have all the craves gone but unfortuneatly that isn't the case. Some have a harder time of it than others. Unfortuneately I had to work for every hour early on in my quit. If it's any consolation what you're going through is a healing process. Your body is healing itself now and will continue to do so. Of course , you know that your quit comes with a guarantee. If not completely satisfied your misery will be cheerfully refunded. No joke Bryan , I stopped because I couldn't breathe. I have a choice , stop or suffocate. I choose the latter and am willing to go through whatever it takes to stay smoke free. Extreme patience , it will get better  breather 67 Addict 0

Hey Brian........

You may have some good and bad days for a while yet.  Eventually things will even out. We spent a loooong time feeding this addiction.  It may take a little while to unravel the desire to light up.  Keep asking questions, sharing your thoughts.  Vent if you need to.  I am in your cheering section. (along with Tresa)

Good wishes Bryan!!!

Bryan,

Congrats on 4 days smoke free! Have you been rewarding yourself for all of your accomplishments?

Keep on working on building a strong quit plan. Work through the program and talk to the other members to build coping skills for all situations.
