Hello Twohazy No one is going to shoot you here. It's not stupidity it's called addiction. The big quit ( sarcasm ) I had before this one probably didn't last an hour so don't beat up on yourself. Every quit , no matter how long or short is beneficial. They say it takes the average person 7 trys before they finally stop for good. Reassess what went wrong and regroup. If you haven't read Allen Carr's book it might be a great help as it was to me. Nobody has to tell me how tough it is , I know. It takes courage to post.
