Thank you all for your warm thoughts and prayers.  I was and am overwhelmed by all that has happen in these few short hours, but life will continue.  There are to many wonderful memories that will soon over shadow what has happen.  I will miss him dearly.

Today I made a meal and took down to my sister-in-laws.  I had another reminder of why smoking is not an option for me.  They all smoke and when we walked into the house the smell was awful.  I do not judge them, I was once them.  But I came home smelling smoke and it is awful.  Had to wash my hair and change clothes.  Sure hope this doesn't set off cravings.  Just this happening tells me I really need to make big amends to my children.  OMG, they had to smell awful growing up.  If someone is reading this and have children think about this and what smoking really does to other.

Again thanks you all.

Keep the Quit
Sparky

((((Sparky))))

We cannot understand all that happens in life but we can understand how we accept and move forward. You are strong and sober and a non smoker.  Let these three bring you some peace right now.

Hi Sparky,

I'm so sorry for your loss.  Glad to hear you are pulling through ok and not letting the nicodemon get your ear.  Be proud of that.  These are the hardest of tests.  Congratulations on your success on all fronts.
