Hi everybody - thanks so much for all your well-wishes.  What an overwhelming feeling to look at my quit meter and see 365 days!!
Last Thursday, I looked at my meter, ....looked away,...... looked at it again, .....left the room, .......came back and stared at it again.  I just couldn't fathom the fact that a whole year had passed. It was like I was looking at someone else's meter.  Then I thought it might be a good idea to print it out, as I don't ever plan on seeing "365" days again, only multiples thereof.
So I printed it out, showed it to Mr. J., saw his face-cracking smile and burst into tears (of joy of course).  Then I printed out 4 more copies in case I lost one - can't reset the meter you know!  What an absolutely fantastic feeling.  I remember reading and replying to posts from other members who had hit the one year mark, but I never knew it would have such an astounding effect on me.  I feel like a puffed up peacock!
Thanks to everyone on this site - you have all had a significant role in getting us to where we are today.  I use the "we" word, as a lot of your wisdom, knowledge, support, humour etc. gets related to Mr. J., and I know there are things that I've shared with him from the SSC members that have helped him at different times, or just brought a needed smile.
And Jim, I know I've been partying for a few days now, but I think I'll continue for a bit longer.....
Hugs and love from Jazz
P.S.  We had an amazing, relaxing, reflective time at the cottage.  It was everything I was hoping for, and more..
