I thought a thread with some low fat recipes would be fun! This was my Grandma's recipe for Passover so that it wouldn't use bread but I just like it. So, without further ado...

Goldie's Crunchy Chicken:

Prep Time: 15 Mins
Cook Time: 14-20 Mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients: Egg Whites/Egg Beaters, 4 Chicken Breasts, 2-4 servings of Baked Potato Chips aka Crisps for our Euro Friends (Even better, I use Lay's Light which are 70 Cals per Serving), garlic salt, red pepper flakes, 1 spray of Pam

Put potato chips in a plastic grocery bag, add garlic salt and pepper flakes to taste.. Then, step on the bag until the chips are all crushed, about the size of rice grains, maybe a little bigger. Then, Dip each chicken breast in the egg whites and toss in the bag. Shake vigorously, until all the breasts are coated. Spray pam on a shallow baking sheet and lay out the breasts. Cook at 375 for 15-20mins, flipping once during heating.

Low cal, and crunching the chips get's out some of the lack of smoking anxiety. For me, anyways. :-)
