Hi Renee and Mom!

Welcome to the best place to find support and information. Congratulations on your decision to quit. We all know it's a big step and you want to be successful. A big part of the successes here are due to a positive mental attitude. Many have read the Alan Carr books because its such a great mind set. Really we all feel FREE!!! It's the freedom we love of not being a bound to an addiction that must be fed every hour!
Everything Rock said.... prepare, prepare, prepare! Go through the program and set rewards... so important.
And when the dust settles from holiday time and you have some time to yourselves.... dig around the old posts on this site to gain a better knowledge of smoking and quitting. The first part of my quit I was glued to this site, digging around old posts and found a wealth of information.

So have a great Holiday Season! In just few days you will be free from the ball and chain of smoking!

Best,
HP
