You've identified situations that put you at risk for slipping...have you created a plan that will help you cope with these situations?  Try writing down the specifics of what happens to you in these situations and finding alternatives to what you habitually do when in these high-risk situations.  For example, When I am stressed, I will go for a walk.

Going trought the same thing you are right now. Keep Starting again. What do you say we put December 18th as our quit date and support each other and be quit buddies???
