Have you tried crying until your eyeballs wanted to pop out?  I did that a lot.  Then I yelled at my poor dogs just for being around..(poor things)  As you can see from my pic, they still love me.  Your doing the right things, your body is just trying to adjust to this fantastic new you!!!  Take it easy, doing an overhall like that?  I cannot even imagine.
