breather,

A great meal out sounds good to me!
I think the members would agree that is it ok, and perhaps a good thing, to feel guarded....G.U.A.A.T!! (guard up at all times!!)
Regardless, I am proud of you

Hi Jim Thanks for being there. Just finished chat by the way. Remember double click the name. Note to self " double click". Click , click. lol And thank you Breanne. Probably go out to eat somewhere. I really don't know about proud Breanne. I think the word for me would be guarded. Vigilence and non-complacency might do it. I'm grateful for the members and moderators here at The SSC. I can't We can. breather 15 addict 0

Hey Breather!!!

Congratulations!!!  Actually today, you are Heck Week plus a day!!!  Way to, buddy!!!  You are really doing this!!!

It seems like I keep missing you when you are on line!  I have been logged on most of the week, but I have missed you to chat with you!  I'm sure we'll hook up soon!

I read your other post today and you are quite right, you just need to take it from minute to minute every day and pretty soon these 2 weeks will turn into 3 and then into 4 and so on!!!  I really like your crave box idea, too!  You have to do everything you can think of to protect your quit!!!
