Hi Petruchki try to keep your mind off of it. Like work on a hobby. You have to keep your hands busy  do you sew? Try to work on a puzzel. You can do it think about something else, You can do it. Whate a minuite I got a great Idea you will like this.  Go to a music store and buy a harmonica take a book out of the libarary and teach yourself  how to play, this intrument is very small and will fit in your pocket it will help with your deep breathing exercisees and well keep your mind on something it mite even drive you a little crazy but but the craving will be gone.
