Hello Windy,

I hope you love that new house. Smoking for sure is a crutch and by its very nature, a thing we should dispose of; life is better without it.  It  takes getting use to and I do see you have done that Windy, two years is a very long time.

There is a very wise New Zealander on this site whom I haven't heard from is so long, Kiwi I believe his name is. He said to me on my second year anniversary that the beginning of the third year is when you fully reap the benefits of your labor.  I found this to be true although benefits come your way through out the journey.

I had this notion that you would succeed and you my dear, have. I am happy that I had the pleasure of the journey with you. Know in your heart that you can do what you set your mind to, again I see you have proven this to yourself as well!

Regards,

I am happiest Stickin to it
