Thank you one and all and especially Moss who never forgets me even though I'm lagging behind.

I honestly think the early months were easier for me. The past weeks have been exceedingly hard. I even wondered for a while if I was trying to sabotage myself. But I am again getting past the craves and looking forward to Thanksgiving, my original day for my quit no matter which date it falls on. One year, unbelievable.

Thanks to my fellow No-Embers for keeping me on the straight and narrow and all the wonderful people who came to help when I had problems and also to congratulate me on my milestones. This is truly a fantastic place with fantastic people. Thank you all.
