Hello all.

I'm a afrikaans speaking South African and I'm very glad to be here, at last. Please forgive any funny spelling or tenses!

I've been smoking for 19 years, from the age of 16. 20 Camels a day! I've put my Camels down on Sunday-night, 7 September 2008, after long thinking about it.

I've started to fly aeroplanes and health is my  main concern. The cravings is realy bad, and i'm in a foul mood most of the time and my temper are short as well!

Good luck to all of you with this big decision to stop smoking. It's good to know your not the only one suffering!

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 9/7/2008
Smoke-Free Days: 4
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 80
Amount Saved: $12.00
Life Gained:
Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 22 Seconds: 27
