Yeah Ron... you are on the Right track.. when you quit fighting.. when you think I am NOT giving up anything.. I am taking back control.. I am gaining .. life, health, (not smelling of stale smoke ) I am gaining money.. Loook at the time you are saving... clothes. etc, not burning holes.. don't hve to dry clean so often..
Think of and write down ALL the good reasons..
Millions of people go through each day, regular life, with stress, and work, and eating, without smoking. So Now it is about getting your brain to start making good chemicals.. and not react to the nicotine receptors. Every time you say NO to thaat %$#&* nicodemon.... he gets weaker ... every once in awhie he will try to jump out and be sneaky... so keep that NO handy.
