I've had panic disorder and agoraphobia for 8 years. The last six months the agoraphobia has become horrible - I can barely go out, can't be alone for any amount of time (this started last week) and I'm in the process of switching meds - from Zoloft which made me worse back to Prozac which I was on for 6 years. The most difficult part of this is the fear of being alone - I'm constantly having to make arrangments and I hate being so dependent. Has anyone gone through something similar? I feel like such a burden on my family... P
