Jim,

It's so good to hear that you rewarded yourself this past weekend!

And to not think about smoking once? Wow! That's a huge achievement! Be proud of yourself and know that you are an incredible inspiration to other members here!

Hey everyone!!!

Thanks for all of your kind words!!!  Although it IS 26 weeks today, I believe Henny Penny was so excited she jumped the gun a little bit!  I'm going to celebrate the actual 6 months on the 5th, which was my actual quit day WAY back there in March!!

I think that I did all the celebrating I needed to do over this past long weekend!!!  I accomplished my goal of discovering how much beer is actually just enough....     Although I really didn't go too overboard, I'm thinking that I don't have to do that again anytime soon!!!   And guess what???  I don't think that I thought about smoking once all weekend!!!  Probably that's the best reward I could even think about having!!!

I get on here as often as I can to read all of your posts and respond as much as I am able!!  I'm continueing to muddle through all of the job requests that they hammered me with during the summer months and hopefully things will slow down here soon!!!  (I know.... job security, right???)  Hopefully I'll get caught up here again soon and I'll be able to contribute more!!!  BTW, I'm still on the IM throughout most of the week, too.

Everyone hang in there and keep kicking ash!!!  Okey Dokey???
