well i went to the doctor today. he said i am very depressed and have panic attacks.duh.......he wants me to take zolft. i am scared!than he tells me he is on zolft.i dont think he was very professional.he tould me he was going to have his nipple pierced. he said he was gay and thats fine with me but i am there to get help.he also wants me to take time released xanax. anyone take or know about it?i take regular xanax is there a big differece?today was a big disappointment at the doctors office.but the good thing is i am still feeling normal. no crazy thoughts!
