I agree also,someone once told me " If you obsess over negitive thoughts and things and you cant stop, think you can obsess over GOOD things and happy thoughts" its just a matter of letting go. There was atime I was anxiety free and I tell myself, if I were crazy this time would of never been. It kind of helps me, hope it helps you!

You are right, there are the times we have had good days..... We should start to think of them... Instead of the bad days........... Then we know if we look back at our good days we know there is hope............ WE JUST HAVE TO THINK POSITIVE.... Ruby... ;) Because one day we will all beat this....

Hey everyone I think this site is great and everyone in it, but I dont think we write enough about the times that we are free of anxiety and have good days. There are lots of anxiety sufferers on this site that are having probably very few good days and a lot of what they are seeing on this site does'nt really give them to much assurance that there are good days as well. So Im writting this message to assure those people that they will have good days as well just hang in there they will come. Today Im having a pretty dam good day, there is nothing really out of the ordinary about it, Im just staying at home and doing a whole bunch of nothing but its still a dam good day because I have a clear mind and Im taking pleasure in the little things. Take care everyone and try to enjoy yourself.
