Your Guide to Quitting - Meet the Support Group!

 Newbies,

Your chances of quitting for good can increase if you view quitting as a journey, or a healing process that your body goes through. We suggest that you see quitting in this light rather than seeing it as an abrupt and uncomfortable change in your personal lifestyle. Our program is also designed to help see you through this lifestyle change.

The exercises in the program are divided into three milestones. Think of each milestone as a destination you're trying to reach. There’s no ‘magic bullet’ to this program. All we’re going to do is teach you a few things about yourself, how your body works, what nicotine and addiction have done to you, and we’re going to put you in touch with other people who are going through this program.

The people who can best help you are the ones who are feeling exactly like you’re feeling – and who are succeeding at quitting. You can learn from both the successes and setbacks of others.

Members,

Please introduce yourselves!
