Way to go girlfriend... one day at a time, some time hanging on thru minutes or hours. This is not the easiest thing to do, BUT it is doable. and feels good to say I have a choice.... and I m choosing NO. Iam choosing to do what I want . to NOT give in and "feed " a habit to spend my hard earned dollars on something I am going to through away, and hurt me.
Look at you GO..... you are knocking that nicodemon right on his stinky little butt.
Great JOB....

Oh man, I have been trying to post all day, still having computer problems. Oh well, I still am not smoking either, not matter what the evil Nicodemon tosses at me. He has tossed a lot and I look into his glowy little eyes, toss my head back and, HAA HAA HAA HAAAAA. Then I come here and read or post. I am feeling strong in my quit today, and very, very aware that the very next minute it could be different. It does make it really hard though since Mom is still smoking and cigs are very easily accessible. But as they say what does not kill you makes you stronger, and I am pretty strong after this week. THANKS FOR BEING THERE AND HELPING ME THROUGH THIS. I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT YOUR HELP, ADVICE, AND CONCERN. I did not believe I could really do this.
I AM FREE. At least for today.
THANKS,
Pupikat
