Hi, It is nice to meet you all..I am doing ok with the patch. Still have times that I want to smoke, but I think it is mental. And that is the part I have to learn to deal with, without lighting up.
I smoked over 30 years, pack and a half a day. I guess it will take more than a few months to change that deep of a habit. Working at it tho.  Thanks for the warm welcome from everyone. And best wishes in your own quits. Katielynn

Hey KatieLynn! welcome- dont beat yourself up about your slips-you'll get there. I used patches and thought they were marvellous-I smoked 30 cigarettes a day for the best part of 37 years-so take hope that if I can do it with a combination of the patch, my doctor, and SSC then theres hope for everyone!
Please share your quit with us, it does help to ask for help and support if you feel yourself waning.
Good luck KatieLynn
