Come here daily if you can to post and read, you can never come here too often as far as i am concerned. When I have seen people relapse in the past, they have stopped coming around as much and then they were back smoking again. Not everyone, however, followed this path. For me...I can never stray too far from here. I couldn't have quit without this site and the people here, I know that for sure. I have to keep coming to the place that helped me.
Stay strong!

Absolutely, stay vigilant and always have iced water to hand all the time to sip on. Dismiss those addiction thoughts about smoking and try hard to stay away from smokers.... do some stretching exercises to begin an exercise workout habit and work your way up to an hour a day.

a great idea this site ..... this web site helped me a lot to quit till now.
let me introduce myself, I was a smoker for 22 Years. I quit 15 days back ... how do you call it the cold turkey way. Every time I had a craving in last 15 days I visited this site and read all the comments and thoughts. It helped me to be without cigs.
I think the more difficult days are over now ... I do not have any cough any more ... but I have to keep my guards up.
