Hi, B... I just want to mention that I started taking B Complex and Multi Vitamins when I quit smoking and it feels like its doing me a lot of good ... I only lose my temper when I try to navigate my way around the voice-directory machines at Bell Canada... I hate that the brass there still imagine that the machine is more efficient than human beings...

Cigarettes are no longer responsible for boosting the chemicals in your brain that are responsible for feelings of happiness and good mood. That's your job now :)
Here are a few more suggestions to try when feeling down & out:
• Physical Activity
• Taking A Nap
• Getting Some Sun
• Engaging in a pleasurable activity such as a reward ;)

Well according to what I have read it has something to do with endorphins. So I went and got some chocolate and that is supposed to pleasure the endorphins and help with the depression. So here goes a snickers and crunchcrisp bar. It's all that was in the vending machine. We'll see what happens. I just got to get through this day at work.
