Congratulations to everyone who is celebrating a milestone, and to all of those who are celebrating another smoke free day! You are all so supportive towards one another, and offer inspirational stories and  words of wisdom.
Keep up the great work!

Hi Again

Was almost sleeping when I checked in last night but was happy to see a No-ember check in.  I am glad that we are all staying in touch once in a while.  It sounds like we have all made it to another level, if you will, in this experience.   I am still having some days when the urge gets pretty overwhelming but I know that tomorrow will be better so I just distract and plow through the day.

Freedom..........Congrats on reaching 7 months !!!  And good vibes back at ya.

ML.......Thanks for initiating a chance to touch base.  I know you read a lot here but it's so nice to chat with you too.

Kelly.....I hope the emotional rollercoaster is finding a less bumpy road to travel.  I, too, am still up and down some but am finding my way through better now.  Who would have thought when we started this how much energy we would need to find this new way of living comfortable?

Catch you all later.........Moss

Hello to you all.  I am glad I still have a place to fit it!!  Things have been going ok for me too.  The doc is changing around my meds, so that is playing with me a bit, but hopefully we will finally figure out what is right.  Glad to see that everyone is feeling good and still here.  Have a great day my friends..

Hi Guys, checking in to see how y'all doing!  Sounds like everyone is starting to feel much better or at least are still plugging away and doing that while staying a non smoker.  Congrats to everyone for over 200 days!  What a milestone to celebrate.  The last few days I can really tell and feel that I am a nonsmoker! I was having a little trouble with the weather being nice and people smoking around me outside, but I have learned to ignore and distract fairly successfully.  I have really gained a negative image of smoking and smokers and I think that may help my future success.  I hope that everyone is moving forward and that there are more and more happy days ahead. I still find it strange how we can become so emotionally charged and depressed after quitting smoking but I now know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that it is just a part of the journey.  I can't wait to look back one day and recall how difficult it was to quit but how rewarding the rest of my life will be because of it.   Sending you all the most positive vibes and hopes for a wonderful start to summer!

I'm not on here much lately as I've been busy in the garden but I will continue to check in on a weekly basis and see how everyone is doing.  Take Care everyone!

Hi there ML

It is so nice to see you posting and celebrating.  I'm glad you are feeling good and doing the mental happy dance.  Am nearing sleep mode so I'll catch you tomorrow and have a good night.  Perhaps Freedom and A1 will check in tomorrow. If not, I'll share my toasting drink with you and we will have to hog it ourselves.

It does my heart good to see you happy ML.
