Yes, I have some sessions available to me here through work, I am trying to work it into my schedule.  Thanks for asking...

Hi Anxious,

Glad to hear things are going better for you. Have you discussed therapy or counseling with your doctor as a complement to your medication.

All the best!

Hey Kelly

I was going to start a No-ember thread and ask how your doc visit went.  I knew you were going the first week in June.  It can only get better from here and if you have any negative effects you can try the other.  Perhaps one day the Meds assistance will not be needed but if it is that's alright.  On my end we cut the milligrams in half to a very low dose a few weeks ago.  So far so good.  Am going to be late to work so Take Care and talk to you soon again.

I finally got into my doctor yesterday, who put me back on the Effexor, trying to get me off the others that I have.  Lower doses to start and then work my way up.  We'll see how this works.  If it doesn't, she said she could try cymbalta, I don't know much about these drugs, I just see the commercials.  So, hopefully I can start getting balance in my life.  I took it last night and seemed ok, took it this AM and it seemed like it almost gave me a little anxiety, but not enough to complain about.  She said I should stick with it for two weeks to see if it evens out...why not, I will go with the flow.  Just an update on my whole crazy situation.
