my wife used to laugh at me because i would take those small raw carrots and act like i was smoking 'em. then when the crave went away i chomped down on 'em. she laughed but said keep doing it because it works.

Howdy Y'all,
Thanks for all the compliments on my not 'having' to light that smoke. I actually can't get rid of all the smoking stuff around, my partner is still going strong with his habit. I get my 'holder' from him. Like I said, if I have the gum, or any gum for that matter, I'm just fine. With all the pre-work I did: not lighting up when others did, getting used to the gum & the rabbit food - it's all good. When the thought "I want a smoke." comes up, I get busy brushing my teeth.
