Welcome Jen to our support group......& congrats on the 30 days and on the great decision to quit...

We all know how hard this can be...., and we all have learned  that it's just  NOPE (Not One Puff Ever) ---one hour, one day or one minute at a time.

With each crave you beat--you will get stronger and it seems the nico-demon gets weaker.

Post, read often and let us help you along....

Deb

Hey Jen!!!!

I've seen some of your previous posts and had wondered where you had gone to!!   WELCOME BACK to you and your husband!!!  Hey, this is the hardest thing that you will ever have to do, so we ALL understand about relapse!!!  There is no judging here, just support from the heart!!  We all want everyone to succeed in overcoming this addiction!!!

You've got 4 weeks under your belts and in a couple days, it will be a month!!!   Just remember NOPE and you WILL get this done this time!!!
