Thanks again everyone.

Goofy, I bet you say that to all the girls!!!  Brenna, I suspect each situation should make me stronger in my resolve to keep my quit, but sometimes it doesn't feel that way.  As I've said in one of my previous posts, I'm aware that this quit will always be fragile, as I am and always will be an addict.  But again, I'm OK with accepting that.  Anxious, I was glad to read that you're feeling better too. Thanks for the well wishes.  Sparky, what can I say but thanks!  You're a true inspiraton to the rest of us.  Bingo, you're name is new to me, but thanks for responding, and as Goofy says "great stats!".  Wow, 2+ years!  My favourite Llama, look who's talking about strength.  Look at what you've overcome over the years - talk about a rock!  Thanks for being here for all of us!

Jazz,

Glad to hear that you're back, healthy and smoke free. How has this roller coaster ride affected your quit journey? What coping techniques did you use to get through this stressful time?

Well, I’m still here, and we haven’t hit each other with a frying pan yet! We’re both still quit, but I think the PMA got up and took off for a while. But…..PMA’s back, and I’ve got my big girl panties all hitched up again, so I think I’m good to go.

Thanks to everyone who responded in my “time of need”. I think some stuff was just getting a little overwhelming and hard to deal with.  The rollercoaster ride hasn’t come to the end, but I don’t feel like I’m going to fly out of my seat anymore.

Thanks again   You guys are always there when I need you.
