OK all you new quitters!!! We know you're out there and want to step up to the plate and get in the game! Not only does quitting smoking make you more confident (like me). It also makes you much more attractive (like Terry). Quitting is hard by onesself but can be done with the help of this site and the good people on it.
No matter what - Don't smoke!

I have not been able to be on here as often as I would like, but I see so many new quitters and just wanted to say congratulations on a life and death decision.  Quitting smoking is definitely very challenging but I've thought many times how challenging lung cancer might be for me and for my loved ones.  I am very glad you are all here.  This is a very special place to be when quitting.  So much support and suggestions.
Terry
