Hi all! I am sorry I have not been around lately, but going back to school has been quite the experience, to say the least. I will be 54 years old tomorrow, and have not celebrated a birthday smoke free since I was 12. This is such a momentous occasion for me that I had to post and share with all of you. I feel good, I do not crave much, and mostly I am too busy to even think of smokes.
It's really wonderful to sit in class for several hours and not be looking at the clock every 20 minutes, not thinking would the teacher notice if I left every 20 minutes and not worrying about how to disguise the smell. It already is so worth it, please keep on resisting that urge, if you are a newcomer, it's liberating.
Hugs, Denise
