Hi Nissala!
Like they have said, there are NO rules for YOUR quit meter!! You make up your own rules. If you want to do it right, do it right by your rules!!! So if you have had a slip, you can still say that you have quit for 2 days with a slip or 2 slips or what ever you want!!! BUT, just don't fool yourself!!! 5 or 6 slips.... is that really quitting? Like Josie said, we're not here to judge you, you have to be your own judge!!! We're just here to support you, unconditionally!!!
Want my suggestion? Go through your house, car , truck, old purses and find any of those stinking cancer sticks and crush them and send them to their watery grave down the toilet before you are tempted to smoke one of them!!!!
Then, DO NOT ever buy another pack of cigarettes or even think about bumming another one!!! There, your temptation is no longer available and THEN you can get on with your quit without having to ever worry about resetting your quit meter again!!!
Like I've read somewhere on here....... Quitting is easy..... just don't smoke!!!
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Positive Mental Attitude!!! Slay the nico-demon!!! Post before you smoke!!! NOPE!!!
