It is so cool.  I had that dream last night and I haven't had a crave yet today.
I wish it would work like this for everyone.

Wouldn't that be great!!!!!!

Congratulations Beckylynn!! 18 days! thats wonderful!!
Personally, its not a bad thing to dream about it because your
not actually doing it and if that helps with the cravings, its good.

Reading your posts has given me encouragement and more confidence
that I can do this too.. :-)

I can't beleive it is day 18 already.
This is great.  Don't get me wrong it has been tough at times.  But I am still smoke free.
I dreamed last night I bought a pack and smoked.  I felt bad about it and then I realized I was dreaming so I smoked the whole pack.  Woke up feeling pretty good.  I smoked (but not really) and woke up not craving.
Don't know if that is good or bad.  But if I can satisfy my craves in a dream and wake feeling good with no craves, it can't be a bad thing can it?
