Thanks for the support!!!!  I'd be lost without you guys.  I keep saying it...and I keep meaning it.

I feel better today.  Hubby and I are going to the garden centre tonight.  This journey sure does have its peaks and valleys, although its nice to know that even during a "crabby, miserable" moment or two or three or four....we are all absolutely normal!!!!  And that...is something to smile and rejoice about!!!!!

Enjoy your weekend everyone,

Jan

Tresa,
Did you say you were going to Vancouver Island?  I'm in Ontario, near Toronto.  The weather here is fair, around 17 degrees(celcius) today.  Its been quite a while since I used the fahrenheit scale.  Probably around 65 degrees.
I'm sure the weather in British Columbia is warmer, however, if you google THE WEATHER NETWORK, that's our Canadian weather service and they'll have a detailed 7 day forecast for you.
Hope that helps,

Jan

Hi Jan,
Good job...  sorry for the messy kitchen... I have a hubby like that...lol... I can just walk around and know where he has been and eaten, etc.....oh well after almost 18 yrs.....

I like in the northwest corner of Washington,   we are finally going to get sun.. and warm weather.. but going from 50 to 80 in a couple days, doesn't give much time for the body to adjust....LOL   Hoping to get some yard work done this weekend.

Teresa.. not sure if the waether is in the area you re looking for but today high 70's  nice warm weather up into 80's over the weekend.

Bonnie

Hi Jan,

That's it! For many stepping down means getting back to basics temporarily.

Engaging in a pleasurable activity is one of the top ways to boost your mood quickly. Other mood boosters include:

•     Physical Activity
•     Taking A Nap
•     Getting Some Sun
•     Eating A Piece Of Chocolate
•     Daydreaming

Feel better soon!

I am definitely planning on an easy day!  I'm going to take the dogs for a walk.  I find that very relaxing.  And then I'm going to treat myself to some whimsical things for the garden!
Oh, and American Idol?  Wouldn't miss it.  Down to the last two!!!!  Here's to David Cook!

Cheers,  Jan
