Beckylynn,
You will survive with flying colours!!!!!  Congratulations.  You've made it through hell week.   Take this journey one crave at a time and you'll make it through.
You should feel proud...you're gettin' the job done.

Cheers,  Jan

Congratulations on getting thru day 9. I was miserable for hell week and then i just turned into one big crying machine. Like Bonnie has sad - just don't forget the first two weeks of your quit - if you are like the rest of us, you will never want to go thru them again. I have one instance that I keep at the front of my mind, i was totally losing my mind, with me, with my husband, with life and I thought I was never, ever going to get thru it, but I did. I don't want to forget that time - cause i thought i was losing my mind and everything else - I don't want to go back there and ONE cigarette will take me back there and thru all the hell.

Hi Beckylynn,  almost over.... I was a ...........---itch on day 9, I was so emotional. had a spat with my husband and walked out of a store.  broke down in tears.  I think I neeeded  straight jackket or at least duct tape...

It gets better.... you are getting through the worst.  I keep remembering the first couple weeks,,, and I don't want to go through them again.. push through  you are almost there.

Of course you'll survive!  No one every died from withdrawl symptoms.  I know it seems like you just can't stand it sometimes but you are doing great.  2 days into heck week.   It's all about a positive mental attitude.
Keep up the good work.
Terry

This day cannot end too soon.
I have gone from depression, to nut case, to loopy, to just let me have just one.
I am surviving, and can't wait to just crawl in bed and go to sleep.  I hope tomarrow is not like this one.
I need a break!!!
I am still smoke free, but my emotions are all over the place today.  The one thing I have not done is get angry with anyone.  I guess that is a good thing.
I will survive, I will survive.  I keep telling myself this.
